About these terms
These terms apply to the use of the Saru Solutions website and to any services you enquire about or purchase from us. By submitting an enquiry or accepting a quote, you agree to these terms. Saru Solutions is a UK-based digital setup service.
Service enquiries
Submitting an enquiry form does not create a contract or commit either party to any agreement. We will review your enquiry and respond by email with questions or a quote. Work begins only once a quote has been agreed in writing and any required payment has been received.
Quotes
Quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. A quote sets out the scope of work, the price and the payment terms. If the scope changes after a quote is agreed, we will provide a revised quote before proceeding with additional work.
Pricing
Prices shown on this website are indicative and exclude VAT. The exact price for your project is confirmed in your written quote. We reserve the right to update our published prices at any time. Any price change will not affect quotes already issued and accepted.
VAT
Saru Solutions is VAT registered. VAT is added at the current standard UK rate to all quotes and invoices. The VAT amount and the total including VAT are shown on your invoice before payment is due.
Third-party costs
Some services require third-party products such as domain names, hosting, or email licences. These costs are separate from our service fees. We will identify any third-party costs in your quote and confirm them before you commit. We do not mark up third-party costs; you pay them at the rate charged by the provider.
Monthly plans
Monthly plans have no long-term commitment. You can cancel anytime before your next monthly billing date by emailing contact@saru.solutions. No refund is given for any part of a month already paid. We may suspend or cancel a monthly plan if payment is not received within 14 days of the due date.
Cancellation
You may cancel before work begins with no charge. Once work has started, we will invoice for any work completed up to the point of cancellation. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime before your next billing date.
Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the content and design assets created for your website. We retain the right to show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to. Any third-party assets (such as stock images, fonts or plugins) remain subject to their own licence terms.
Limitation of liability
We take reasonable care in delivering our services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms, hosting or email services. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you have paid us for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue or business opportunity.
